Register to Recite a Passage at the

5th Annual Conway Scriptorium

To register for a passage, review the list of available passages below. Choose the passage you would like to recite from memory at the Scriptorium. Then fill out the Registration Form below. Passages will be recited on Friday evening, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Each passage is to be recited from memory as a simple recitation, a dramatic recitation, or dramatized with various people. Families are especially encouraged to divide a passage among family members and recite it together. For some passages, you may want to use props to bring the Scripture to life. Please be sensitive to the serious nature of some of these passages to communicate the message intended in your selected passage. We always enjoy seeing passages acted out by individuals/families and encourage you to do so if you choose. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Once a passage is claimed, there will be a line through the text. Please limit your selection to one passage per individual to ensure everyone interested can participate. Please allow us 12 hours to update the form, as sometimes two people will claim the same passage. In that case, whoever registered first would get that passage.

We have intentionally chosen shorter passages this year. This year, we ask all reciters to submit an audio recording of their passage FROM MEMORY two weeks before the Scriptorium to ensure everyone knows it exceptionally well. This can be done on most cell phones and sent via text to our phone number. We plan to record the recitations and post an online video for others to view. Therefore, we ask you to know your passage well.

We limit registrations to the KJV, NKJV, ESV, NASB, CSB, LSB, NLT, and the 1984 NIV.
