Register to Recite a Passage at the

Pennsylvania Scriptorium

To register for a passage, simply complete the registration form below. Decide which verses from Matthew 5 - 7 or Proverbs 3 - 4 you would like to recite from memory. Those signing up for a passage should aim for an average of 10 verses, but are welcome to choose more or less verses if they wish. 

Participants are encouraged to choose verses they find encouraging and commit them to memory. Do you have a favorite section from these chapters? Why not memorize them and recite them to encourage other believers?

Are you new to Scripture memory? Choose verses that are especially meaningful to you and begin hiding them in your heart. Are you an experienced reciter willing to recite a longer passage? Feel free to choose a longer section. Groups and families are also encouraged to take a section from these chapters and divide it into smaller sections, with each person reciting specific verses. You may also choose a favorite passage of Scripture, even though it is not from the Matthew or Proverbs passages. Once you register for verses, they will be listed below as already taken. We will update the list of selected verses within 24 hours of receiving registrations.

We limit registrations to the KJV, NKJV, ESV, NASB, LSB, and the 1984 NIV.
